  • 1984
    Project for manufacturing Sorbitol was conceived and planning was started

  • 1986
    Sorbitol manufacturing starts at Badnawar plant with production capacity of 10 Metric tons per day

  • 1991
    Indigenous High Pressure Autoclave chamber was designed and commissioned at Badnawar Plant

  • 1994
    Badnawar Plant was integrated for Corn Grinding & Captive H2 Generation plant was commissioned

  • 1995
    Major Expansion was done at the Badnawar plant to increase the production capacity by 5 times that is 50 Metric Tons per day

  • 1996
    Captive Power generation unit was installed for the Badnawar Plant. Biogas generation was also started from the Waste material to reduce Pollution and Fossil fuels.

  • 1991
    Indigenous High Pressure Autoclave chamber was designed and commissioned at Badnawar Plant

  • 2000
    Badnawar Plant Production capacity was increased to 100 Metric Tons per day

  • 2001
    Green field Project Setup started at Vapi Gujarat

  • 2002
    Commencement of Production at Vapi Plant with capacity of 40 Metric Tons per day
    (IMP: Worlds first plant in this industry using maximum gravitation flow for liquid movement which helped in 40% reduction in power consumption)

  • 2005
    Vapi Plant production capacity increased to 60 metric tons per day

  • 2006
    Liquid Glucose production started at Badnawar Plant

  • 2007
    Both the Plants upgraded to meet the Global standard and started exporting the production in the International market

  • 2011
    Waste water RO plant commissioned at Badnawar to conserve 80% water

  • 2013
    Certified and recognized as STAR Export house from DGFT (Director General of Foreign Trade)

  • 2014
    New Products like HFCS Syrup introduced in the Indian Market

  • 2015
    Badnawar Plant capacity increased to 200 metric tons per day making Kasyap Sweeteners daily production capacity to 300 metric tons per day which is the largest in ASIA.
